New Clinical System
The surgery will be switching to a new clinical system between the dates of 30 April 2026 to 08 May 2026.
Medical records
We will not be able to access any medical records from 12pm on Thursday 30 April 2026.
We will have a read only version available from 1 May 2026 to 7 May 2026. As a result we will be running a reduced service.
Appointments
We will be operating an on the day emergency service during the migration dates.
Repeat Medication
If your repeat medication is due at this time please request it a week prior to the downtime (30 April 2026). Please note that we are unable to access repeat medication between 30 April 2026 to the 7 May 2026.
Contacting the surgery
You can contact the surgery in the usually way if you become ill during this downtime. Alternativley you can contact your local pharmacy or ring 111 for advice.
New patients
Whilst we will accept new patients to register with us we will not be able to enter your details into our clinical system from 24 April 2026 until the 10 May 2026. Please ensure you have a supply of medication from your previous Doctors.
