How to order your repeat medication
Please allow 72 hours (3 working days) to process your repeat medication request (excludes weekends and bank holiday).
Please allow up to 5 days if requested to collect from a chemist.
You can request your repeat prescription by:
- By Hand - Putting your paper repeat slip into the box on reception.
- Pharmacy Collection - Via a nominated chemist
- By post - (please enclose a self addressed envelope)
- Online - Via the NHS Wales APP
Unfortunately we cannot accept requests over the telephone in the interests of patient safety.
Care homes
By Hand - Care home staff can hand repeat slips to reception staff.
Pharmacy Collection - Via a nominated chemist
E-mail - Acute and missing items can be requested via e-mail
