How to order your repeat medication

Please allow 48 hours (2 working days) to process your repeat medication request (excludes weekends and bank holiday).  

Please allow up to 5 days if requested to collect from a chemist.

You can request your repeat prescription by:

  • By Hand - Putting your paper repeat slip into the box on reception.
  • Pharmacy Collection - Via a nominated chemist 
  • By post  - (please encose a self addressed envelope) 
  • Online - Via the NHS Wales APP

Care homes

By Hand - Care home staff can hand repeat slips to reception staff.

Pharmacy Collection - Via a nominated chemist
