The NHS 111 Wales website includes more that 65 symptom checkers and information about local services, and should be everyone's first port of call before making a phone call. But if your health concern is urgent, call handlers on the 111 free helpling can also help you get the right treatment at the right time in the right place.
NHS 111 Wales is a health advice and information service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For urgent mental health support call 111 and press OPTION 2.
The service is abailabe for people of all ages, 25 hours a day, 7 days a week in all areas of Wales to ensure those in need of support can access it quickly when they need it most.
If you need to take to someone urgently about your mental health, or you are concerned about a family member, call NHS 111 Wales and select option 2 to be placed in direct contact with a mental health professional in your area.
